By this civil application, the Applicants/ Original Claimants are seeking condonation of 238 days' delay in filing the First Appeal, challenging the judgment and award dated 20th April, 2016 passed by the Railway Claim Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Claim Application No. OA 918/2010.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicants and the averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out a case for allowing this civil application :
