2. The present Application is filed within the period of limitation.

3. Mr.Gujar, learned Advocate for the Respondent has no serious objection in allowing the present Application.

4. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (c). Necessary amendment be carried out in the record of Court and simultaneously in the copy served upon the learned Advocate for the Respondent within a period of three weeks from today. (A.S.
