The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the applicant/wife has filed Marriage Petition in the Family Court, Thane bearing no. 413 of 2016 under Section 13 (1) (i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act. He further submits that the respondent/husband has no objection for transfer of Marriage Petition No. 365 of 2017 from the Court of 6th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane to the Family Court, Thane.

In view of the above, I pass the following order:

ORDER

The Registrar, District Court, Thane is directed to transfer the Marriage Petition No. 365 of 2017 from the Court of 6th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane to the Family Court, Thane on or before 20th April, 2018. Parties to appear before the Family Court, Thane on 26th April, 2018 at 11.00 a.m.
