By this Interim Application, the applicant (original respondent no.2) is seeking six months' extension to decide the caste validity claim of the original petitioner. By an order dated 5th October, 2021 while setting aside the impugned order and remanding the matter back to the Scrutiny Committee to verify a caste validity certificates of the relatives highlighted in yellow in the genealogical tree in the two charts tendered across the bar had granted two weeks' time to grant caste validity certificate to the petitioner.

Mrs. Gavhane, learned AGP tenders a copy of the letter dated 6th December, 2021 from the Scrutiny Committee to the learned counsel stating that the Committee would take one month time to dispose of the caste claim of the petitioner after receiving the report from the Vigilance Cell. Vigilance Cell is directed to submit the report to the Scrutiny Committee within one week from today. Upon receipt of the report from the Vigilance Cell, the Scrutiny Committee shall decide the Caste Claim of the original petitioner within four weeks thereafter and shall communicate the order that would be passed by the Scrutiny Committee to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of such order.

Interim Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. 4.

It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.
