This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 23 days in preferring the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 31.03..2015 passed by the M.A.C.T., Dadra and Nagar Haveri Silvassa in M.A.C.P. No. 29 of 2013.

For the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.3 to 7 of the Civil Application, the sufficient cause being made out for condonation of delay of 23 days, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.
