This is an application seeking stay to the execution of the Judgment and Award dated 31.03..2015 passed by the M.A.C.T., Dadra and Nagar Haveri Silvassa in M.A.C.P. No. 29 of 2013. 3.

In view of the order passed by this Court on 05.02.2016, the appellant-Insurance Company has deposited the entire amount as awarded by the Tribunal, the ad interim stay granted is made absolute till the decision of the appeal.
