It appears that inadvertently it is not mentioned in the last para of the aforesaid order dated 5th October, 2018, that the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Accordingly, at the end of para 2 of the aforesaid order dated

2/2 5th October, 2018, the following sentence be added:- "The Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn". 4.

The order dated 5th October, 2018, shall stand corrected as above. Ordered accordingly.
