Both the learned counsel submits that the matter is settled out of Court. They tendered the consent terms dated 11th June, 2018 duly signed by both the parties as well as their respective advocates.

3.fca.159.2016.doc into the witness box. They admit the contents of the consent terms as well as its execution. The consent terms are accepted. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings given in paragraph Nos.4,5 and 6 are accepted by the parties.

The Family Court Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms be treated as a part and parcel of the decree.

In view of disposal of the Family Court Appeal, nothing survives in the pending Civil Application and the same is disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.
