The Counsel for respondent no.2 is informed that the charge sheet is filed against the petitioner on 28th August, 2021 and the petitioner has acknowledge the charge sheet on 17th November, 2022. 5.

In the aforesaid background, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as is permissible and available in law.
