The above Civil Application has been filed for recall of the order dated 30.6.2016 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court (Coram: M.S.Sonak, J.). By the said order, the above Writ Petition being Writ Petition No.9102 of 2015 has been dismissed. The Applicant seeks recall of the said order dated 30.6.2016 on the ground that the Applicant (Original Petitioner) was not heard in the said Writ Petition resulting in the above Petition being dismissed. If that be so, the above Civil Application seeking recall of the order could not be an appropriate recourse. The Applicant is required to file a Petition for Review of the order dated 30.6.2016 and consequentially pray for recall of the said Shivgan 1/2
