DATED : 13th SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- Considering the role attributed to the applicant in C.R.No.I-222/2022, registered with Padgha police station which invoke offence punishable u/s.342, 384, 365 and 34 IPC, the learned APP in presence of the Investigating Officer Shri Raju Narawade who is present in the Court, state that though the applicant was present on the spot and has also threatened the complainant, no amount has gone into his account, and particularly, the amount which has been transferred by GooglePay is reflected in the account of co-accused and whose account has been freezed. Even the vehicle do not stand in his name and therefore, his custodial interrogation is not warranted. Tilak

2/2 9 ABA 2391-22.doc It is stated that it would suffice the purpose of investigation if he reports to the Investigating Officer and render his co-operation so that the investigation can be concluded. The above statement is accepted. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Parvez Aslam Khalifa in connection of C.R.No.222/2022 registered with Padgha police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall report to the concerned police station on 28th and 30th September 2022 and thereafter as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
