It appears that to procure the presence of the petitioner, warrant was issued. The petitioner prayed for cancellation of said warrant which was issued in the year 2015.

We do not think that the said grievance still subsists in the year 2022. In case, such grievance still subsists, prayer of the petitioner be dealt with in accordance with law.
