P.C.:- Learned APP on instructions from Senior Inspector of Police, Hill Line Police Station, District Thane submitted that, in Sessions Case No.49 of 2016 wherein the Petitioner is an accused, pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan, the charge has already been framed and the trial Court has issued summons to the witnesses. That, the prosecution may examine 7 witnesses in support of its case. 2) In view thereof, grievance of the Petitioner does not survive. Petition is accordingly disposed off.
