Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane, submitted that, in furtherance of Orders passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Palghar, the Petitioner was transferred to Children Remand Home at Bhiwandi on 8th October 2015. That, the Petitioner has been released from said Remand Home on 19th November 2015.
