In view of contentions in paragraph 3 of R.C.S. No. 50/2005, the parties are in agreement that the petitioner/ plaintiff/appellant before the District Judge can be permitted to read and refer the judgment and decree passed in R.C.S. No. 276 of 1983, at the time of final hearing of the appeal being Appeal No. 144 of 2013 pending on the file of Principal District Judge, Nashik.

Needless to clarify that RCS No. 276 of 1983 after its transfer to the Court of Nashik Road from Nashik, was renumbered as RCS No. 1452 of 1995.
