Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. 2.
By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 154 of 2015 registered with the Shivajinagar Police Station, Pune, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1870. 3.
Learned Counsel for the applicants states that the co-accused in the very same C.R have been granted interim pre-arrest protection by this Court vide order dated 28th August, 2015 in ABA No. 1281 of 2015. He 1/3
states that the facts are identical; and that the present case also arises out of the same C.R.

Accordingly, till the next date, the applicants are granted interim protection on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each, with one or two sureties in the like amount ; (ii) The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station on 7th, 8th and 9th September, 2015 between 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;
(iii) The applicants shall cooperate with the investigating agency and shall not tamper or attempt to influence the complainant or any person concerned with the case.
