Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Mr. Sunil Mane, Police Inspector attached to Mulund Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, the complaint of Petitioner dated 09.11.2020 will be entertained by the Mulund Police Station, Mumbai i.e. Respondent No.2 herein. She submitted that, as a matter of fact the Petitioner was called by the concerned Police Officer of Mulund Police Station on 09.01.2023 for recording his statement to which the Petitioner bluntly refused on the ground that, the present Petition is pending. Learned A.P.P. on instructions further submitted that, out of total 27 Lakhs rupees allegedly defalcated by the prospective accused, the said accused i.e. Mr. Pravin Kotian has returned a sum of Rs.20 Lakhs to the Petitioner in the interregnum.
