Learned counsel for the petitioner conceded that his client will not press this petition but will attend the trial Court on 20-11-2015. In view of this, the petition is disposed of as not pressed. However, it is made clear that it is only after the petitioner pays the costs, he would be permitted to crossexamine the witness for the prosecution. I hope the trial now proceeds further.
