P.C.:- Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, in Sessions Case No.150 of 2015 arising out of CR No.344 of 2014 registered with Kapurbavdi Police Station, all the witnesses have been examined by the trial Court and the case is now scheduled for recording statement of accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure tomorrow i.e. on 16th February, 2023.

2) In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner does not survive.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
