Heard. The grievance of the Petitioner is that he is an under trial prisoner in Crime No. 1050/2021 registered at Kasturba Marg Police Station, Thane, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 120 (b), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Sections 3, 27 of the Indian Arms Act, 1878 read with Sections 37(1) (a), 135 of Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 pending before the Court of 15th Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi and he has not been regularly produced before the concerned Sessions Court. We are of the view that the purpose of this petition shall stand served if the letter dated 5th August, 2022 addressed to this Court, which is treated as Writ Petition under article 226 of Constitution of India, is forwarded to the Court of 15th Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, Mumbai for consideration and appropriate decision in the matter.

We, therefore, direct that the letter of Petitioner addressed to this Court, which is treated as Petition, be forwarded to 15th Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, Mumbai for consideration and appropriate decision thereon accordingly. 4.
