The applicant is granted interim relief by an order dated 30.8.2016. By the said order dated 30.8.2016 the applicant was directed to attend the Investigation Officer and to join the process of investigation. The learned APP on instructions submitted that the applicant has attended the Investigation Officer and the recovery of the alleged gold ring is effected at the instance of the applicant. She further on instructions submitted that the investigation in the present crime is practically completed and the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 2.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 30.8.2016 is hereby confirmed.
