When all the petitions are called out on 11th June 2019 none appeared for the petitioner, even in the afternoon session none appeared for the petitioner.

Learned counsel Mr. R.M. Tiwari appearing for the petitioner in all these petitions submits that he has sent letter to the petitioner in the year 2015 showing his inability to appear for them and requesting them to

Bhagyawant 2/2 913 WP 2537-04 make alternate arrangement to represent them in aforesaid writ petitions. He submits that, petitioner have not responded to the said letter. Statement accepted. These petitions are pending for more than 15 years. 3.

It appears that petitioners neither responding to the letter written by learned counsel Shri. R.M. Tiwari nor making arrangement to work out these petitions. In this circumstances all the writ petitions are dismissed for want of prosecutions.
