By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks the following relief : "(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus, order, directions or any other appropriate writ in that nature thereby directing Respondent No.1 i.e. the Hon'ble Revenue Minister, Mantralaya Mumbai to hear and decide the Revision Application No.1674 of 2021 filed by the Petitioner, within such time as this Hon'ble Court made in fit and proper." 2.

The Learned AGP states on instructions that the Revision Application No.1674 of 2021 filed by the Petitioner will be decided by the Revenue Minister not later than 16 weeks from today. The statement is accepted as an undertaking given to the Court. The learned AGP has handed over a copy of the written instructions dated 7th December, 2021, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
