P.C.:- The Petitioner herein has challenged the order of issuance of process dated 6th June, 2017 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 18th Court, Girgaon, Mumbai. Considering that there is efficacious alternative remedy available to the Petitioner, Mr. Niranjan Mundergi, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file revision application before the Sessions Court alongwith application for condonation of delay, if necessary. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted.

In view of the above said statement, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner for a period of three weeks from the date of this order so as to enable her to approach the Sessions Court. 4.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
