1] Learned Special P.P. on instructions submitted that, in pursuance of statement made by the applicant which is recorded in Order dated 11th September 2017, at his instance, recovery of iron ring (kada) has been effected by police. The record indicates that the said weapon was used while assaulting the first informant. In view thereof, according to me the custodial interrogation of the applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary.

3] Interim relief granted by Order dated 11.9.2017 is hereby confirmed.
