Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this Criminal Application, applicant is seeking early hearing of Criminal Writ Petition No.4206 of 2015 and also stay for fresh Criminal Application No.6 of 2012 under section 127 of the Criminal Procedure Code filed by respondent nos.1 and 2 against the petitioner pending before the court of learned JMFC, Malkapur.

Considering the order dated 26.2.2016 passed by this court (Coram: M.S.Sonak, J.) in Criminal Writ Petition No.4206 of 2015, there is no question of considering the applicant's prayer clause (b) in the present application. Hence, prayer Mohite 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for early hearing. Hence, following order:

a) Hearing of Criminal Writ Petition No.4206 of 2015 is expedited.

b) Office is directed to place Criminal Writ Petition No.4206 of 2015 in weekly board for final hearing as per its turn in expedited matters. c) Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
