Heard Mr.Yogendra Kanchan, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr.Sunil Jawahar Vora, the proposed respondent No.1(c) in person. Respondent No.1(c) is the Power of Attorney holder of respondents No.1(a) and 1(b). 2.

This is an application for bringing on record the heirs and legal representatives of respondent No.1 Smt. Manjula Jawahar Vora, since deceased, by condoning the delay of 353 days in filing Civil Application and for carrying out consequential amendment.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d) with no order as to costs. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith. by Pradipkumar Prakashrao Deshmane Date:
