Heard. The Petitioner-complainant is not satisfied with the way the investigation is conducted and charge sheet is filed in CR No.51 of 2015. Crime No.51 of 2015 was registered with Indapur Police Station. It is submitted that the allegations made in the first information report regarding negligence and other offences were not thoroughly investigated and the charge sheet does not deal with all aspects of allegations referred in the FIR.

Without expressing any opinion, we observe that in case the Petitioner files a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Pune (Rural) raising specific issues on which the Petitioner desires further investigation, then the Superintendent of Police, Pune (Rural) shall take appropriate decision. The decision taken on such representation shall be communicated to the Petitioner at the earliest. 3.
