By this Application, the Applicant seeks extension of time of eight weeks to furnish solvent surety as directed by this Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.) vide Order dated 07.07.2017 passed in B.A.No.724 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is in the process of furnishing surety and that it is likely to take some more time. She submits that the Applicant has, now, found sureties and that the process of acceptance of surety would take time. Considering the aforesaid, time to furnish surety is extended by a period
