Earlier this Court allowed Civil Application No.326/2019 and wanted the applicants to carry out the amendment in a fixed time frame. As they could not comply with the direction, this Court extended the time by one week. Now the applicant's counsel once again wants the time extended. Of course, she sites reasons for the delay.

2. But the respondent's counsel, today, wants to file an additional affidavit raising objection against the maintainability of the

3. Under these circumstances, the applicant's counsel wants the time for carrying out the amendment extended subject to this Court' ruling on the respondents' additional affidavit now sought to be filed.
