Having heard Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner, for some time, Mr. Yagnik, learned APP, having taken instructions from Mr. Sachin Pandkar, Sub Divisional Police Officer, Dahanu Division, makes a statement that in the light of statement of Manish Vanjara recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, Investigating Officer will ask for permission from Additional Sessions Judge, MCOC Court, in MCOC Case No.1 of 2016 for further investigation under Section 173 (8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Statement accepted. 2.

In view of above, Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner 1/2
