This is an appeal against conviction. The appellant No.1 is sentenced to suffer imprisonment for 7 years and appellant No.2 is sentenced to suffer imprisonment for 10 years. 2.

Learned Advocate for the appellants on instructions submitted that the appellant No.1(accused No.1) had suffered entire sentence and he has been released from prison. Appellant No.2 (accused No.2) would be completing the sentence of imprisonment shortly. On instructions from the mother of appellants, it is submitted that the appeal may be allowed to be withdrawn.

In view of submission, the appeal is disposed off as withdrawn.
