Heard learned counsel for the applicant 2.

By this application, the Applicant seeks extension of time of eight weeks to furnish the surety, as directed by this Court vide order dated 2nd August, 2017, as well as reduction of the bail amount from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.15,000/-.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant has enlisted the reasons for delay in approaching this Court, for seeking extension of time. Learned

Learned APP does not dispute the same.

It is not in dispute that the applicant was granted cash bail for a period of two weeks in lieu of sureties, vide the said order. 6.

Considering the aforesaid and for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).
