The Petitioner's application for starting a Law College for the academic year 2022-23 is pending since August 2022. Replies have been filed by the Respondents giving reasons as to why the permission was not granted. However, as pointed out by the learned counsel for the Respondents the application of Petitioner has lost its relevance as the academic year is over and fresh process will have to
