Mr. Palav states that applicant - Veronica Vasant Patel is present in the Court. He states that in pursuance of the order dated 12.02.2019, petitioners in Writ Petition No.4621 of 2018 have handed over possession of the suit premises to the applicant on 12.04.2019 i.e. within the stipulated period.

As the original petitioners have handed over possession within the time stipulated in the order dated 12.02.2019, no further orders are necessary. Order accordingly.
