Learned Additional P.P. Ms. Gonsalves submits that so far, 12 witnesses have been examined in the said case and that on 25th April, 2016, the panch witness was kept present, however, as the present applicant was not produced, the matter could not proceed. She submits that the prosecution intends to examine 12-13 more witnesses. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been in custody since 13th April, 2012 and that the trial be expedited. SQ Pathan 1/2

Considering that 12 witnesses have been examined and the trial is in progress, it is expected that the learned Sessions Judge will dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.

The Additional Commissioner of Police, Local Arms, to ensure that the applicant/accused in the aforesaid NDPS Special Case No. 114 of 2012 which arises out of NCB CR No. 5 of 2012, is produced on every date of hearing of the aforesaid case.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
