Applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in Crime No.245 of 2019 registered with the Samata Nagar Police Station, Kandivali for the alleged ofences punishable under Sections 326, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. This Court vide order dated 1st August, 2019 had granted interim protect ion on certain terms and conditions. It is reported that the applicant has complied Shivgan 1/3

with the conditions.

The learned APP on instructions submits that injury allegedly sufered/caused was simple in nature. Besides out of four accused, two accused have been granted anticipatory bail and one has been released on regular bail. In view of the nature of allegations and in absence of any criminal antecedents, application is allowed.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 245 of 2019 registered with Samata Nagar Police Station, he shall be released on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in like amount.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to infuence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case The applicant shall furnish particulars of his residential address and mobile number to the Investigating Officer within a week from today.
