Learned APP on instructions submits that the prosecution proposes to examine at the most six witnesses. Applicant is in custody from 11th October, 2017. Applicant is a lady. She is being prosecuted for the offences punishable under Section 3, 4 and 5 of PITA read with Section 17 of POCSO Act and Section 372 of Indian Penal Code.

In view of the submissions made by the learned APP, learned advocate for the applicant on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this application.

In view of above, application is allowed to be withdrawn and same stands disposed off.
