This Appeal from Order has been filed against the order dated 14 August, 2015 passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Dindoshi, Goregaon Division on a draft Notice of Motion in L.C. Suit No. 2222 of 2015 whereby ad-interim relief on the said draft Notice of Motion was refused. The impugned order was passed almost 7 years back and that too is an ad-interim order. In these circumstances, in my opinion, the learned Judge of the City Civil Court needs to proceed to decide the Notice of Motion expeditiously, if not already decided. All contentions of the parties on the proceedings of the suit are expressly kept open.
