1] This is an application for modification of Order dated 4th February 2015 passed in Bail Application No.2707 of 2014.

While releasing the applicant on bail, this Court had directed applicant to attend the Investigating Officer on every Monday between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. until further order. 2] The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since the date of his release from jail, the applicant without any breach is attending the Investigating Officer. He submitted that the trial has already commenced and applicant is attending the Trial Court regularly.

Dond 2/2 appp.709-2016.sxw 3] In view thereof, the condition for attending the Investigating Officer on every Monday is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to attend the Trial Court on each and every date without any excuse. 4] The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
