Mr. Parad, learned counsel for the Respondent No. 4 - MCGM on instructions of Mr. S. S. Sanap, Jr. Engineer (Building & Factory Department) makes a statement that till the Petitioner's Application for regularization is decided, they will not demolish

CAW 2391-18.doc the Applicant's premises and that they will comply with the order dated 20.06.2018 passed by the learned Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Mumbai.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 4, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this Application at this stage and seeks leave to withdraw the same. He, however, prays that the hearing of the aforesaid Petition be expedited.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed off. The hearing of the aforesaid Petition is expedited. The matter to be added to the final hearing board in the week commencing 3 rd January, 2019.
