Accepting the aforesaid statement, since no custodial interrogation is required, the order dated 5th September, 2022 is made absolute. This is, however, subject to the following conditions:

O R D E R

(a) In the event of arrest, the applicant in connection with C.R. No. 0255 of 2022 registered with Koparkhairane Police Station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicants shall render cooperation in the investigation.
