At the hearing of this application, the learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that this application be placed before the Bench presided over by Justice Smt. S.S. Jadhav on the ground that this application pertains to the offences against woman. The Registry having already clarified that there is no any such distinction made in the present roster and the matters for such offences being confined for the said Bench if the same pertains to the application for bail made in an appeal, the request can not be accepted.
