We have perused the order dated 16th October 2010 passed by the Conciliators. The order dated 7th August 2010 passed by the Conciliators records that in view of the settlement reached between the parties, the Respondent husband agreed for confirmation of the decree passed by the Family Court.

The order dated 16th October 2010 passed by the Conciliators records that the decree be drawn in terms of the consent terms between the parties.

We, accordingly, direct that the Appeal is disposed of in terms of the order dated 16th October 2010 passed by the Conciliators.
