It is pointed out by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner that by order dated on 18th May, 2015, an order was made by the Chief Director (Sugar), Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution Department of Food & Public Distribution, Directorate of Sugar, Government of India directing the petitioners to supply levy sugar of quantity 5468.0 metric tons. He states that the validity of the order

2/2 3-wp.8055.2013.doc was extended by the Government till 30th June, 2015 and the entire quantity of levy sugar has been lifted by the nominee and necessary amount has been paid to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the petition is worked out. Nothing survives in this petition and the same is disposed of. Rule is discharged. No Costs.
