Counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw with liberty to file fresh. Learned A.G.P submits that he has not received copy of the petition. He is opposing grant of liberty. This Court has still not issued any notice to the respondents. Leaned counsel submits that certain documents have been inadvertently lost sight of while drafting petition. In this situation, keeping all contentions of petitioner open, we permit him to withdraw petition with liberty to file fresh. SQ Pathan 1/2
