By this Application, applicant has prayed for condoning the delay of 122 days caused in filing the Review Petition. For the reasons stated in the application and also in view of the shortness of delay, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.
