5] Considering the reasons cited in the order impugned wherein maintenance of Rs 10,000/- is awarded, it will be appropriate to allow the application in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 6] Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

7] Writ Petition be posted for admission on supplementary board on 4/3/2020.
