The applicant has challenged the order granting bail to the respondent No.1 vide order dated 27.3.2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Panvel in the bail application in respect of C.R. No.77/2016 registered at Khandeshwar police station.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the charges are already framed and witness summonses are also issued. On instructions, he submits that in this view of the Deshmane(PS)

s purpose if the trial is made time bound; and in this situation, he would not press this application.

Considering this request, the application is disposed of as not pressed. However, the trial Court is requested to complete the trial as early as possible and in any case not later than nine months from today. Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
