1] The appellant-insurance company prays that the judgment and award dated 6th April 2017 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kolhapur (MACT) in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 609 of 2014 be stayed till final disposal of the first appeal.

2] Learned counsel for the appellant insurance company submits that yesterday, the insurance company informs him that the attachment warrant is issued.

3] The impugned judgment and award is stayed till six weeks from today. However, this shall be subject to the appellantDinesh Sherla page 1 of 2

4] Accordingly, Civil Application No. 2444 of 2017 is disposed of.
